* Do I need to have an account to order on the on ligne shop?

No, it is not necessary to have an account. However, you will have to enter the invoicing and delivery information for each order.

* Will i going to receive a visual for approval before the printing of my calanders or agendas?

We will send you the visuel of your customazation by mail for have your approve before the printing.

* What is the delivery time?

For products not customazation: it is necessary to plan a deadline of 5 to 10 days working.

For products customazation: it is necessary to plan a deadline of 10 days working, from the day that you give us your approbation of your visual.

 

* What does the customization include?

The customization includes some modifications to the calendars or agandas. For example: adding your logo and/or your picture and your coordinates, adjusting the colors of the calendar to fit your company logo, positionning of your own design on the base of the calandar or couver page, etc.

Does not include the addition of specific dates for other provinces or orther countries, the addition of notes or any other charges. These changes are considered customization design will entain additional cust page.

A maximum of 60 minutes is included in the cost of the customazation product. If the time for customazation extended this time, we inform you about that and an additional fees may be charge.

* How I give you my customazation information for my desk calendar?

We do not have add a form for the customazation for simplify the process.

  • For the hold customers,  we will use the information that we have. For modification, you can indicate tem in the message space in the shopping cat.
  • For the new customers, one of the customer adviser contact you for have your informations.

* What is the size of the space for the customazation?

The size of the customazation space if different according to if you wish to put in it a bottonm of color or a white bottom.

* Can I supply my assembly for the base of the calendar or the cover page?

Yes, you can supply your assembly for the base of the calendar or the cover page, but it is necessary to respect the following specifications:

For the base and the cover, you have to plan a bleed.

 

Your have to send us your assemble file in PDF size.

* For the agenda, can I supply my picture for the covert and the back?

Yes, you can supply your picture for the covert and the back, but it is necessary to respect the following specification:

  • Your picture have to are in high resolution and in JPEG size
  • If you choose to do a assembly you have send in PDF size.
  • If there are wrintings you hate to leave 1/2 inch to the left for the binding. For the size of ours agendas look to the following table:

* What is the ofrmat of the list and the informations you need for the mailing?

Your liste have to be in Excel size. The informations we need is the last name, the first name, the address, the city, the province and the postcode. The file name have to be the name of the officer You can download a model in the product description.

 

* When and how should you send us your list?

* It is necessary to have an PayPal accont for do the paiement of my order?
